There are lots of causes of back pain and many short Kindle books are so generalized they offer little help. In fact, some suggestions could hurt you if you have a more serious condition, not just muscle strain.
This book clearly explains different causes of back pain and standard treatment. The author then gives many tips for helping back stress in every day life, all of which would help with any condition.
She also provides cautions with the usual back stretching and strengthening exercises so you won't make things worse!
I read this book for free and will buy a copy to keep.
